The Cypress Hill Cemetery, located within New Lebanon’s Cemetery of the Evergreens, attracted the public on Memorial Day 2022. It’s visitor friendly now, thanks to the ambitious restoration project that former town historian Sharon Moon began some years ago.
Now working with Moon on a new “Restoring History” project are the Hendrick Hudson Chapter, National Society Daughters of the American Revolution; the board of the Cemetery of the Evergreens; the Floyd Carlton American Legion post; and the Town of New Lebanon.
